This program is designed for new supervisors and managers with direct reports and individuals who manage others without a formal reporting structure (e.g., project managers and team leads).

Apply structured models, including the Skill vs. Will Model and coaching frameworks, to balance delegation, support, and team member development.
Enhance workplace communication by delivering feedback effectively, navigating difficult conversations, and fostering accountability.
Develop a coaching mindset to shift from problem-solving for team members to empowering them to solve problems independently.
Commit to continuous leadership growth by integrating coaching, feedback, and performance management into daily leadership practices.

Hannah brings her 25 years of experience helping learning professionals create and implement formal training programs to leaders and their teams to build a team culture of learning. She bridges the gap between formal training and learning embedded in the DNA of teams.
In addition to her consulting experience, she was the Director of Sales Training for North America at Foresters Financial in Toronto.
