Overview

The Day 3 module equips participants with the tools to manage team members’ performance with purpose and clarity. The session begins by exploring the performance management process and its role in supporting both individual development and business results. Participants examine the difference between formal and informal approaches and learn how to create a culture of continuous feedback and improvement. Participants apply a practical framework for setting clear, measurable goals that align with team and organizational priorities, and practice preparing for mid-year and year-end performance reviews. Participants practice using feedback techniques from earlier sessions to foster productive conversations, even when the discussions are difficult.
