Apply the model Five Behaviors of Cohesive Teams©, based on Patrick Lencioni’s work, to gain insights and plan for building cohesive, high-performing teams.
Identify how to foster psychological safety within teams to enhance trust, learning and innovation.
Strengthen leadership agility by shifting from a directive management approach to coaching-based leadership.
Develop a change leadership mindset, using the Change Formula by Kathie Dannemiller to navigate resistance and inspire action.
Apply practical strategies to create engagement, accountability, and alignment within their teams.

Hannah brings her 25 years of experience helping learning professionals create and implement formal training programs to leaders and their teams to build a team culture of learning. She bridges the gap between formal training and learning embedded in the DNA of teams.
In addition to her consulting experience, she was the Director of Sales Training for North America at Foresters Financial in Toronto.
