Participants reflect on past change experiences to identify common sources of resistance and strategies for engaging their teams with empathy and intention. They explore the tension between comfort and growth, and how leaders can support their teams through uncertainty.
As the final session, participants bring together everything they’ve learned by applying the Change Formula to a real-world initiative. They leave with a clear plan to confidently lead change, grounded in purpose, aligned with vision, and ready for action.
