Overview

The Day 2 module continues the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team © model, focusing on the final three behaviours: commitment, accountability, and results. Participants explore how commitment is built when all voices are heard, disagreement is resolved, and decisions are clearly communicated. They identify common barriers, such as a lack of clarity or reluctance to move forward, and develop strategies to build alignment and shared ownership. The session then turns to accountability, encouraging participants to foster a culture where team members hold one another to high standards. Through discussion and real-world scenarios, they practice giving direct, constructive feedback to support performance. The day concludes with a focus on results, helping participants recognize how personal motivators and team dynamics influence outcomes and commit to practices that drive collective success.
