The Day 4 module introduces participants to the concept of emotional intelligence agility through the Agile EQ © model. New and aspiring managers explore how their DiSC style connects to natural EQ mindsets and how these mindsets influence their approach to managing others. Through discussion and reflection, they examine the strengths and limitations of their preferred responses in challenging workplace and management situations. Participants assess what it takes to stretch into new EQ mindsets and practice applying them in real-world management scenarios.
As the final session in the program, the day offers a chance to integrate learning from across the course. Participants create a personal Management Journey Map, which brings together insights from the full course and helps participants identify key areas of focus, set commitments for growth, and chart a path forward in their management journey.
