The program includes two virtual sessions (30 min, 60 min and 60 min) as well as independent learning. I recommend structuring the entire program over one to two weeks.
You will learn by completing an online assessment and viewing a report that describes your DiSC style. We'll meet for a 30-minute virtual orientation session to introduce you to the DiSC model, the course and the different platforms you'll use to learn. After our virtual orientation session, you'll learn about DiSC on this platform through independent learning. Finally, we'll meet for an in-person half-day session to discuss what you've learned so far and to deepen your understanding of how DiSC can help you have better working relationships.
The three virtual sessions are 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 60 minutes long. The two parts of independent learning will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
