Everything DiSC Management

Everything DiSC Management is for managers and supervisors with one-to-one relationships. By gaining self-awareness and insights into their preferences and the preferences of their team members, participants learn how to adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people.

Participants complete a self-assessment to understand themselves and others while learning to appreciate different priorities, preferences, and values each individual brings to the workplace. An individual profile provides employees with personalized insights and actionable strategies. Participants learn how their management style influences their approach to decision-making, time management and problem-solving.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is the program?

The blended in-person program includes a 30-minute virtual orientation session on Zoom, followed by self-study on this platform and a half-day in-person session.

  • What are the different ways I'll learn?

You will learn by completing an online assessment and viewing a report that describes your DiSC style. We'll also meet twice - once virtually for an orientation session and once in person. In between our meetings, you'll learn independently on this site.

  • What is the expected workload?

The virtual orientation session is 30 minutes, and the in-person session is a half day. The independent learning on this site will take approximately 3 hours to complete.

  • What if I want to send my team? Do you have group pricing?

Yes, I'd be happy to work with your team. They will benefit by learning the model together, which will help them develop a 'shared language' to use at work.

  • What other DiSC programs do you offer?

I offer the full suite of DiSC programs including: Management, Sales, Productive Conflict and Agile EQ. Send me an email to find out which would be the best for your organization.
