The entire program is 6 months long. Course 1 is 1 month. Courses 2 and 3 are 4 months. and Course 4 is 1 month.
I recommend the sr. leader and one to three team members participate in the program. This allows you the leader to set the direction and provide guidance and the team members to implement the tasks.
Your team will learn independently on this site, through virtual meetings and by getting 'real work' done as you apply what you learn to create a learning strategy for your organization.
