Everything DiSC® is a personality assessment tool that measures your preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles: D, i, S, and C, and serves as the foundation for this program.
You will receive personalized insights that deepen your understanding of yourself and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. The result is a more engaged and collaborative workforce that can spark meaningful culture improvement in your workplace.

How long is the program?
The program includes two virtual sessions (30 min, 60 min and 60 min) as well as independent learning. I recommend structuring the entire program over one to two weeks.

What are the different ways I'll learn?
You will learn by completing an online assessment and viewing a report that describes your DiSC style. You'll also meet three times virtually to learn about the model and how you can apply your insights to interact more effectively with others. Between our three virtual sessions, you'll learn independently on this site.

What is the expected workload?
The three virtual sessions are 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 60 minutes long. The two parts of independent learning will take approximately 2 hours to complete.
