  • How long is the program?

    The program includes three courses, each of which is one month long.

  • Who should participate?

    I recommend mangers and leaders who are responsible for learning and development complete this program. They may have a background in learning and development, organization development or human resources. This program can be scaled for emerging leaders, established managers and directors.

  • What are the different ways my team will learn?

    Your team will learn independently on this site, through virtual meetings and by getting 'real work' done as you apply what you learn to create a learning strategy for your organization.

  • What do you mean, we'll get 'real work' done?

    This is a practical program where you'll be asked to do real work. The program duration allows you time to create a learning strategy for your organization.

  • Does my team need to complete all the courses?

    I recommend all three courses in the program to help managers become Learning and Development Business Partners. However, if you find there are groups of leaders who need development in some areas and not others, I can work with you to identify how to best meet your needs.   • What are the different ways managers will learn?

    Managers will learn independently through this site, through weekly facilitated sessions and by applying what they learn to their work.

  • What if I prefer an in-person program?

    I'd be happy to discuss with you how to offer this program to your team through a series of in-person workshops. Please email me to start a conversation.

  • Can you support my team after the program?

    Adult education and the business environment are always changing. I offer annual 'refresh' workshops that focus on adult learning developments (e.g., AI) and business changes (e.g., metaverse).
